Fitness Center

Top of the notch fitness center equipments includes treadmills, exercise bikes, and weight training machines. Cardiovascular machines are equipped with pulse sensor to assist in regulating the exercise amount.

Private lockers are available in the spa area for guest security and privacy. Spa includes Jacuzzi, dry heat sauna, steam room, and shower for total relaxation. Fresh towels are available in the Fitness Center , please do not bring guest room towels to the gym. Thank you for your cooperation.

Opening Hour: 6 AM to 10 PM

Fitness Center entrance is monitored 24 hours by security camera for guest safety. For you and the safety of other guests, please follow the below instructions carefully:

 

• Do not bring valuables to the Fitness Center.
• Please wear proper athletic shoes while using the gym equipments.
• Do not use the Fitness Center facility if you have heart disease or other illness.
• Please read instruction carefully before using any equipment. Please adjust panel accordingly to avoid over exhaustion.
• Please stop exercising immediately should you feel any discomfort.

Business Center

Four Points by Sheraton strives to provide every guest with unparalleled service. The hotel constantly upgrades its business center equipment including computer with Cisco Internet access, fax machine, and scanner, which are all equipped with Chinese and English software. Daily local and foreign newspaper and business magazines are also available for the busy business travelers.
